Depth of the Soul
Mourners,
The ones who sit in corners,
The punished,
The Famished,
The killers,
and the one billion billers,
You have a soul,
Though you may receive your coal,
You aren’t just a brain,
It you are old, you’re not just a cane,
See aside from that,
And you will get past that imaginary blindness,
And you’ll see,
The depth of your soul,
Whether you are good,
Or bad,
Or the truth…

I started this blog since 2005 but with different hosting companies. Some hosting services were either too expensive with non-existent customer service, no tutorials, deleting databases and the migraines they gave me. Then one day my husband using another hosting service, his forum completely disappear from the website. It took us three months to get a response that they change servers and our database was deleted. I had enough! I started searching for a new hosting service. I found SiteGround while I was at phpBB looking for answers to my problems. I called and what a difference! They offer me a great deal and was able to guide me for our new forum.
After a year with SiteGround, my husband and I decided to transfer ALL our sites to them. I can’t explain how helpful they were through the transition of changing ALL our sites. Their support team is the BEST!!!
Being that Thanksgiving is coming near, it is a time to reflect on things we are grateful for. Life is very trying and one thing I have to give thanks to this hosting service. They made my life simpler, my pockets fuller ( the price is great!) and no headaches. Hey, I couldn’t have posted this message if it weren’t for SiteGround. Happy Thanksgiving dudes!!!!!

Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am in a thousand winds that blow,
I am the softly falling snow.
I am the gentle showers of rain,
I am the fields of ripening grain.
I am in the morning hush,
I am in the graceful rush
Of beautiful birds in circling flight,
I am the starshine of the night.
I am in the flowers that bloom,
I am in a quiet room.
I am in the birds that sing,
I am in each lovely thing.
Do not stand at my grave bereft
I am not there. I have not left.

African Rose
The Fragrance of the Rose
The disciples were absorbed in a discussion of Lao-tzu’s dictum:
“Those who know, do not say;
Those who say, do not know.”
When the master entered,
they asked him what the words meant.
Said the master, “Which of you knows the fragrance of a rose?”
All of them indicated that they knew.
Then he said, “Put it into words.”
All of them were silent.

Over the last 400 years, artists of all sorts of media have found inspiration in playing with their food. From paint, to assemblage, to video, food has served as both muse and raw materials for all manner of creative expression. Most recently, the widely admired band OK GO (more admired for their exceptionally creative videos, than their actual music) released this compelling, and quite beautiful video utilizing a laser cutter and thousands of pieces of toast.

Life is transparent, warm and swirls randomly like a soft light. And it constantly changes…
Life illuminates itself and then it begins to illuminates a new life.
A sprouted mass of innumerable lights become a flow before long, and then become the part of the life-throb of ages.
That ties life, this moment now.

Be thou the rainbow in the storms of life. The evening beam that smiles the clouds away, and tints tomorrow with prophetic ray.
